Registration:

1. The registration form is to be filled out in block letters and submitted in person to the school office between Monday and Saturday within 7 days from the date of issue of the application form.

2. Age criteria should be strictly maintained. In any case, if the child’s age does not match with the class he/she is seeking admission in, the management holds the right to cancel the registration. (Please refer to the age rules.)

3. The date for admission test/interaction will be intimated during registration. However, these may be changed by the school management without prior notice or citing any cause.

4. At the time of registration, the following documents have to be submitted:

• Duly filled-up and signed registration form. It must be complete in all respects.
• Attach one photocopy of the child’s birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation and attested by any Gazetted Officer. Do not enclose a birth certificate issued by a nursing home or hospital.
• Provide three latest identical stamp-size color photographs of the child along with the registration form. Also paste a stamp-size color photograph of each parent and local guardian for the parent ID cards.
• Photocopy of the report card of the last annual examination attended at the previous school (applicable from Class Upper Nursery).

Note: Registration will not be carried out if any of the above documents are missing.

1. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be accepted.

2. The information provided in the registration form should be true. In case of discrepancy with the facts, the school authority reserves the right to cancel the registration form as well as the admission of the child.

3. No application of a rejected candidate will be accepted. If a rejected applicant applies and his/her application passes the initial screening, the application will be rejected as soon as the re-application is identified by the school authority.

Admission Test:
1. For admission to Lower Nursery, there are no written tests. Candidates are encouraged to interact freely with the teachers and are given various toys/color pencils to play with. This test judges the mental development, physical agility, and basic communication and comprehension skills. Parent’s interview will be held on the same day as the child, and both parents should be present.
2. There will be a written test for students seeking admission for all other levels in the following subjects: English, math, vernacular, and science.
3. No request for change of dates for admission test/interview/interaction will be entertained.

Admission Formalities:
1. The final list of selected students and the admission formalities will be put up on the school notice board and the website, and the same will be completed by the due date mentioned.
2. It is mandatory for all students in classes above class 1 to submit the original transfer certificate and a photocopy of the final report card from the last school attended. No student will be allowed to attend school without the submission of an official transfer certificate from the institution last attended, nor will the student be placed in a class higher than that for which the transfer certificate shows him/her to be qualified.
3. Online transfer of the fees to the account details given below:

4. The school management reserves the right to have the final word in all matters relating to admissions.

Withdrawal and refund rules:
1. In case of withdrawal, admission fees are not refundable, whether the student has attended the classes or not from the beginning of the session. 
2. Notice to withdraw your child to be given on or before March 10th of that academic year and is to be given in writing for withdrawing the child and all dues to be cleared.
3 Fees as per the table above shall be paid whether or not a transfer certificate is applied for, which will be processed once all dues to the school are cleared.
